YCMD/PITCH-supported programs win prizes at the Yale’s December Pitchfest

December 23, 2019

YCMD reports with cheer that four Yale Faculty Members swept the awards at the OCR/Blavatnik Fund-sponsored Yale Lifesciences Pitchfest which took place in New Haven on December 6, 2019.

YCMD participated in each of these projects, supporting them through the PITCH program. Cash prizes were awarded to Dr. Choukri Ben Mamoun of EliV5 Therapeutics, Dr. Ranjit Bindra of Athena Therapeutics, and Drs. Ya Ha and Jon Ellman of Lkit Therapeutics. YCMD has developed very successful and fruitful collaborations with all of these faculty members, most recently supporting Athena’s and  Lkit’s oncology and EliV5’s anti-infective drug discovery efforts funded by PITCH (pitch.yale.edu).

We extend our warmest congratulations to the four winners and all of the Pitchfest participants. It is an honor to be a part of their innovative, cutting-edge translational research!
